British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

Between April 2021 and 2023, YFTS worked with the BACP as a member of the Equality Diversity and inclusion Task and Finish group. I contributed towards the creation and writing of the association's EDI strategy. I also had direct involvement with the BACP third sector grants scheme, the BACP Mentoring scheme, Bursary Scheme, and other initiatives. In 2025 I was a member of the expert review panel for the Service Acceditation Scheme.

The Bedfordshire Centre for Therapeutic Studies (BCTS)

Between 2022 and 2023, YFTS supported BCTS by co-facilitating Anti-Racism reflective groups with their students. You can visit the training centres website here.

BridgePlus+

In 2023 I became a trustee member of The Bridge Plus+. The Bridge Plus+ support people who are not familiar with UK systems and/or have faced unequal treatment when exercising their rights.

Freelance Writing

In 2023, YFTS began writing articles for a platform dedicated to supporting young people on a variety of topics.
